These terms cover adrianaspmu.com and the services described on it. The site is run by Adriana Beauty Services, Inc., doing business as Adriana’s Permanent Makeup, which operates studios in Wilmington, Massachusetts and Salem, New Hampshire, and a training academy in Peabody, Massachusetts. “We,” “us” and “our” mean that company. “You” means anyone using this site or booking with us.
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What This Site Is
This site describes our services, prices and training programs, and lets you reach out or start a booking. Everything here is general information, not medical advice, and browsing it does not create a client relationship or a treatment plan. Whether a procedure is right for you gets decided in a consultation, in person.
Booking and Deposits
You book appointments through Fresha, an independent scheduling platform. Once you follow a booking link, you leave adrianaspmu.com and continue on Fresha, under Fresha’s own terms and privacy policy. Fresha handles your deposit, your card, and your confirmation email, not us.
Deposits hold your appointment time and count toward the cost of your service. The current cancellation window, deposit amount, and rescheduling rules are shown when you book on Fresha and in your confirmation. That is what applies to your appointment, so please read it there.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session. Permanent makeup cannot be rushed safely.
Paying Over Time
Payment plans for permanent makeup services run through Cherry Technologies, Inc., an independent financing provider. Cherry decides approval, terms, interest and repayment under its own agreement with you. We do not lend money, we do not set those terms, and approval is never guaranteed. Training tuition uses a different, in-house payment plan, described on the relevant course page.
Prices on this site are starting prices and can change. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed at your $50 consultation, which is credited toward the service if you book.
Before You Book: Eligibility and Honesty
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo. Some conditions and medications make a procedure unsafe or make results unpredictable, including pregnancy and breastfeeding, certain skin conditions in the treatment area, some autoimmune conditions, blood thinners, recent isotretinoin use, and recent chemical peels, laser or botulinum toxin nearby.
Fill out our intake and consent forms honestly and completely, and tell your artist about anything relevant before work begins. We may decline to perform a procedure if we do not think it is appropriate for you. You must be 18 or older to book.
What Results You Can Expect
Results vary from person to person. How pigment settles and how long it lasts depends on your skin, your immune response, your aftercare, sun exposure, and other things outside our control. The photos on this site are real results from real clients, shown as examples, not a promise that you will get the same outcome.
Most techniques need a follow-up session to reach the finished result, and that session is included. Skipping the aftercare instructions your artist gives you can make healing uneven, and fixing that may take an extra paid session.
If You Are Training With Us
Course details, schedules and tuition can change, and seats are limited. Your enrollment is confirmed only once we confirm it in writing and your deposit is received. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Holding your seat in a small class means turning other students away, and the exact refund and rescheduling terms are in the enrollment agreement you sign.
Our 100-hour fundamental course comes with a certificate of completion, accredited by the American Academy of Micropigmentation. A certificate is not a license. Whether you can legally practice permanent makeup depends on the state and local board where you plan to work, and meeting those requirements is on you. We can guide you through the process, but we cannot issue, guarantee or speed up a license.
Photos of Your Results
We photograph client work for our portfolio, teaching and marketing only with your separate written consent, given on your consent form. You can say no, and it will not affect your service in any way. If you already said yes and change your mind, contact us and we will stop using new images and remove the ones we control. We cannot pull back anything already printed or shared by someone else. The same rule applies if you model for a training class: your consent is asked separately, and you can decline.
Using This Site
The text, photos, course materials, logos and design here belong to Adriana Beauty Services, Inc., or are used with permission. You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Please do not copy our photos or course content for your own commercial use, republish our material as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.
Please do not use this site to send anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, submit false information through our forms, try to gain unauthorized access, or scrape the site in a way that slows it down for others.
Sites We Link To
This site links to services we do not control, including Fresha, Cherry, Google, Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their content, their uptime, or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply once you are there.
Keeping This Site Accurate
We work to keep this site correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Prices, hours, service descriptions and availability can change, and mistakes happen occasionally. If anything here conflicts with what you are told at your consultation or shown at booking, the consultation and the booking confirmation are what count.
If Something Goes Wrong
We are not liable for indirect losses that come from using this site, except where the law does not allow us to limit that. Nothing here limits our responsibility for the actual permanent makeup or training services we perform. That is governed by the consent and treatment agreements you sign in the studio, not by this page.
Governing Law
Massachusetts law governs these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the update.
