Privacy Policy
Adriana Beauty Services, Inc., doing business as Adriana’s Permanent Makeup (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operates adrianaspmu.com and runs permanent makeup studios in Wilmington, Massachusetts and Salem, New Hampshire, plus a training academy in Peabody, Massachusetts. This policy explains what we collect on and around this website, why, and the choices you have. It covers this site and our studios. It does not cover the sites of companies we work with, like Fresha or Cherry, which have their own privacy policies.
Information You Give Us
When you use the contact form on this site, or the “Message Us” button that follows you on every page, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the location you choose, and whatever you write in the message. Both forms go to the same inbox and exist to answer you and follow up about the service you asked about.
If you call or text one of our studios, we see the number you reached us from and whatever record that leaves on our phone system.
Before any permanent makeup procedure, you fill out intake and consent forms in person, on paper. They include health information relevant to the procedure, things like allergies, medications, skin conditions, and pregnancy status, plus a separate written consent if we plan to photograph your results. These forms stay at the studio. We do not type them into this website or store them online, and we use them only to perform your service safely and to keep the records our studios are required to keep.
Information We Collect Automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how it is used: the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate city (from your IP address), your device and browser, and how you arrived, for example a Google search, an ad, or Instagram. We use this to answer practical questions, like which services people are searching for and whether our advertising is worth what it costs. We do not use it to identify you by name.
We also set a first-party cookie called pmu_attr, which lasts 90 days. It remembers the channel that brought you here the last time you arrived from somewhere other than typing our address directly, for example “google / organic” or “instagram / social.” When you click through to book on Fresha, that same channel travels along as a tracking parameter on the link, so your booking is credited to the marketing that actually earned it instead of showing up as an unlabeled referral. The cookie only holds a channel name and a date, nothing that identifies you by name, and it never leaves your browser except as that same label added to a Fresha link.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way.
Booking Through Fresha, Financing Through Cherry
Appointments are booked on Fresha, an independent scheduling company. Clicking a booking link takes you to fresha.com, where anything you enter, your name, contact details, payment information, and the appointment itself, is collected by Fresha under Fresha’s own privacy policy, not ours. We receive your appointment details as the business you booked with, plus aggregated statistics; we never receive your full card number.
Payment plans are offered through Cherry Technologies, Inc., an independent financing provider. Anything you submit to apply for financing goes to Cherry directly, under Cherry’s own privacy policy. We are not part of that application, and we do not see your financial details unless Cherry shares the outcome with us as your service provider.
Who Else Sees Your Information
We share information only with the companies that help us run the business:
- Google : Analytics, and the Google Fonts used on this site.
- Fresha : booking and payment processing.
- Cherry Technologies : financing applications.
- Cloudflare : hosting this website, protecting it from attacks, and delivering the emails our contact form sends.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own advertising. We may disclose it if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our clients, our staff, or the public.
Photographs and Your Likeness
We photograph procedures for our portfolio and social media only with your separate written consent, given on our in-studio consent form. Declining changes nothing about your service. If you already said yes and change your mind later, contact us and we will take the image down from anything we control. We cannot recall copies already shared by someone else.
How Long We Keep Things
Contact form messages and call records: as long as it takes to help you, and a reasonable time afterward in case you follow up. Analytics: our Google Analytics account is set to delete this data after 14 months. Intake, consent and treatment records: kept at the studio for as long as our license as a body art establishment requires, which is generally several years. Ask us if you want to know the current period that applies to your own records.
Your Rights and How to Use Them
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Deletion may be limited by records we are required to keep, such as signed consent forms. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Children
Our services are for adults. You must be 18 or older for any permanent makeup procedure, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through this website.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across this site, and our booking and payment processing run on Fresha’s and Cherry’s own systems, not ours. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date.
