What Is Permanent Makeup?
Permanent makeup, also called cosmetic tattooing or micropigmentation, places color pigment beneath the skin to enhance brows, lips, or eyeliner. Results last 1 to 3 years and save time on daily makeup.
PMU procedures use single-use sterile needles. Adriana holds Body Art Practitioner License 20261923 from the Wilmington Board of Health, where the studio holds Body Art Facility License 20261921, and in New Hampshire holds State Body Artist License 4283 (OPLC) and Town of Salem license BODA-10 under Salem Chapter 433.

A perfecting session is included in every original price, scheduled 6 to 8 weeks after the first appointment. The Yearly Touch-Up is a separate paid visit, booked about 12 months later, priced by how much pigment remains. How Does a Permanent Makeup Appointment Work?
A visit starts with a consultation and skin assessment, moves through design approval, numbing, and pigment placement, and finishes with a perfecting session 6 to 8 weeks later, included in your original price. Full healing takes about 4 weeks.

Academy
Looking to Become a Permanent Makeup Artist?
Adriana's Academy is a separate training facility at 39 Cross Street, Suite 206, Peabody, MA, students only, with no client procedures performed on site. The 100-Hour Fundamental course costs $7,000 for an AAM-accredited certificate across five techniques; the apprenticeship alone runs $700 a month.
Training happens only in Peabody. Client appointments for brows, lips, and eyeliner stay at the Wilmington, MA and Salem, NH studios.
