PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT OR BUIYNG A PRODUCT
 

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

As a safety precaution to our customers and the artist community all sales are final.  Many of our products are professionally sterilized and sealed for both the artist and customer’s safety, and for this reason we cannot accept returns on procedure products. 

We understand that things do happen, and in those rare situations please email us at adrianas_eyebrows@outlook.com with a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a return on a product. We will review your request and if a return is granted, a refund in the form of a store credit only will be applied.  


Granted returns are accepted within 14 business days of purchase.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to send the item(s) back and credit will not be given for the original shipping fee. Granted returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.


Please note:  Do not return any product without prior written approval. Any items returned to Adrianas Beauty Services INC without prior written approval will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT 

Adrianas Beauty Services takes great pride in our products and customer service. For any reason you receive a product that is incorrect or defective, it will be replaced. 

To be eligible for return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging. You must email us at adrianas_eyebrows@outlook.com within 72 hours of receiving your package.


We will ask you to email us pictures of the damaged product so we can address and resolve the situation quickly and efficiently.


We may ask that you ship the damaged products back to us. In this event, our artist support team will assist you with the return shipping arrangements. You will be provided with a return label.
 

WHEN DO YOU SHIP? 
 

We ship Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days... yep we are fast! Business days are considered Monday - Friday. If we receive your order before noon there is a good chance your order will ship that day, if not next business day. 

When Adrianas Beauty Services is running a sale and volume is extraordinarily high, it could take up to 3 days to process and ship your order. We appreciate your patience during these times. 
 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

We process and ship orders so fast that we cannot guarantee that and in many cases it's just not possible. To find out for sure please call us at 781 853-8063

Studio Protocols

The client only, in the procedure room. I understand this is a fun and exciting event that you might want to share with someone or just for moral support.
It is extremely distracting to have someone else in the room, and with that being said I will not allow friends or family in the treatment area to ensure optimal results.

Cancellation and Late Policy

In order for me to give you a great service, I do ask that you are respectful of my time as I will be respectful of yours. Please give 48-hour notice of cancellation of the appointment. I understand that things happen and I will help you get rescheduled as quickly as possible. But in order to ensure that another client can be seen in your time slot and that you do not get charged for the full cost of your appointment, please give me at least 48 hour notice.

If you are going to be late or cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a deposit forfeit and cancellation and of your appointment. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice rescheduling.

Missed Appointments

We will send you multiple appointment reminders leading up to your appointment. Once the 48-hour window has been closed it is your responsibility to remember and show up for your appointment. If you do not show up at your appointment you will be charged the full amount of the appointment and will need to reschedule.

Please do not book unless you are committed as deposits are non-refundable.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and Cash. No checks will be accepted for payment on the day of your appointment.

Procedure Refusal

I have the right to decline any client who doesn't seem suitable for the booked service for concerns of safety. All clients who are expecting or nursing fall under this category.
